Signature Cakes by Darlynn
Through an instructor at Metro University, I was introduced to Darlynn, a recent retiree looking to start her own business selling homemade pound cakes.
In this project, I designed a website for her future cake business 'Signature Cakes by Darlynn". I researched bakeries of varying sizes, identified common elements and themes, choose the colors, typography and wrote the copy that appears in the designs.

Bosch social media campaign
This project's ask was to generate ideas and create a social media campaign plan for the Bosch 800 Series Washer and Dryer.

After performing research on the company and many iterations of copywriting, I finalized two concepts:
-
Concept 1: Spark joy in your laundry room with Marie Kondo & Bosch
-
Concept 2: Philanthropy Campaign - Bosch to sponsor scientific research for clean energy

Both concepts included a microsite which I designed and included wireframes in the final project submission. Wireframes built using Justinmind.
Completed as part of course work for Design of User Experience GCERT.

Hulu research study
In this project, I designed, conducted, and evaluated user research on the streaming service Hulu. I formed a research question, recruited users to participate in my study, created and administered a survey, and completed a field study. I compiled my research findings into a series of reports and created low-fidelity wireframes to show designs of suggested improvements based on findings.

Beyond the Whiteboard usability study
In this project, I designed and completed a usability study on an app used by CrossFitters called Beyond the Whiteboard (used for tracking and recording workouts).
I recruited members from my gym as study participants and created a test protocol that required participants to complete a series of tasks on the Beyond the Whiteboard website. Each session was recorded and analyzed. I assembled my findings and usability recommendations into a final report.
